hello! Coverage per a square foot depends on what kind of application you'll be doing. We highly recommend shotblasting the existing surface to ensure that it is porous and a strong bond is established between the floor and product. And yes, we also highly recommend applying a scratched tight seal coat of epoxy before the decorative coat in case of outgassing. Do a touch test to see if the epoxy is setting up. Pull too soon and the epoxy design will flow too much over the side, pull too late and epoxy won't flow over the edges. ​@@LeggariProductsthanks for the info. I was not specific enough with my question. I should have asked if it's a good floor finish over wood sub floor? We have a manufactured home and I think this looks easier than laminate flooring and it's attractive, but I'm worried that the movement of the floor would crack and destroy the epoxy finish in short order
